Privacy & your request

What the request form collects

When you request water testing, we collect your name, phone number, five-digit ZIP code and phone/text contact consent. You may also provide your water source and nonmedical water concerns such as sulfur odor, staining, taste or scale buildup. The form does not ask for an address or email. Your service address can be collected when scheduling; if you provide an address or email through an older integration, it is used for the same request-related purpose.

Why we collect it

RenewMyWater uses these details to respond by phone or text about your request, confirm service availability and arrange testing or an appointment. Submitting the form requires your consent to phone/text contact for this scheduling request, not bulk marketing. We store that consent and its version with your phone number. The website does not automatically send customer text messages. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Where your request goes

The request is stored in the website’s managed database. A compact notification containing the contact and water-request details is sent through the website’s notification service to the project owner so the business can respond. Requests are not displayed publicly.

ZIP-to-city lookup

Entering your ZIP in the questionnaire sends only that ZIP to our lookup endpoint and the Zippopotam.us postal-data service to find associated postal city names. No questionnaire concerns, symptoms, phone number or name are sent with that lookup. Postal names can differ from the town you use; you can correct the town. This does not confirm service coverage or measure your water.

Please do not submit health information

This form is not for symptoms, medical history, diagnoses or other health information. It accepts only the specified contact and nonmedical water fields. Skin, hair, household-testing considerations, symptom answers and plumbing-age selections in the water assessment stay in local React state on your device: they are not submitted to the website, stored with your request or included in analytics or recordings. Water testing information is not medical advice. For health concerns, talk with your doctor.

Retention and privacy questions

A specific retention period and dedicated privacy contact have not yet been provided by the business owner. Ask RenewMyWater for its current retention practices and how to request access, correction or deletion when the business contacts you about your request. This notice will be updated when those details are confirmed.
